• Explore the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame on the banks of Lake Erie. The striking I.M. Pei-designed building (in the shape of a record player as seen from the air) is home to 7 levels of iconography dating back to the roots of rock and roll and local DJ Alan Freed. Exhibits cover key artists, locales, and trends that have shaped the genre, and the museum features many interactive displays and experiences.

• Visit the Cleveland Museum of Art. One of the most visited art museums in the world, the space is famous for its Asian and Egyptian holdings, and a commitment to openeness to all. Two new wings and a spectacular atrium were added in 2012-14, and the ARTLENS Gallery beckons with interactivity and a mobile app. Its Wade Park setting is also home to the Cleveland Botanical Garden and Museum of Natural History.

• Travel to the "A Christmas Story" House & Museum, which showcases the home, props, memorabilia, costumes, and photos connected to the beloved 1983 film. The house, lovingly restored to match its onscreen vision, features hourly tours of the iconic quarters of the film's Parker family. Take home a replica leg lamp from the gift shop.
