• Walk the 660-foot-long front porch of Grand Hotel, the longest in the world, then sit down and relax in one of the hotel’s classic rocking chairs with views of the Straits of Mackinac and the Mackinac Bridge.  

• Take in the history of Grand Hotel by wandering through the colorful and vibrantly decorated hallways, viewing the hundreds of photos throughout the hotel. The 1980 film Somewhere in Time, starring Christopher Reeve and Jane Seymour, was even shot on location here.
